Ririhair provides free shipping service Worldwide (exclude Customs duties or remote places).

Processing Time
We will begin to process orders after your payment has been processed, Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
It takes 2-3 days for stock wigs;
It takes 5-7 days for curly/wavy stock wigs;
It will take 5-7 weeks for customized wigs.
A tracking number will be provided to you by email after that.

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders delivered to PO. Box, Military bases（APO, FPO), US Territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Island) will be shipped by Postal Office service. Shipping time is 10-15 business days.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Ririhair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local Customs office at your side for more information regarding Customs policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the lost if you authorize the express company to leave your parcel in front of your door or in your courtyard without any signature.
Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
